NDS游戏《闪电十一人》改编的动画，讲述的是弱小中学足球部的领队元堂守和同伴一起前进的热血系列的故事，动画中将会更加细致地描绘游戏里爽快的超必杀技能，让观众更具备临场感。 雷门中学足球部的队长圆堂守非常烦恼，因为雷门中足球部是一个部员不足而不能练习的弱小队伍。而且其他成员都毫无干劲，只有守不放弃对足球的热情，每天都一个人反复练习。有一天，雷门中学来了一个转校生，一个叫豪炎寺院修也的男子，他被称为初中足球界传说的前锋。但同时，全国大会40年连胜的强队帝国中学突然向雷门中学足球部申请练习比赛，而这次比赛的胜负会影响雷门足球部是否被解散的命运。守为足球部的未来，想说服修也加入，但修也因某事而发誓不会再踢足球。虽然好不容易找齐了11人的雷门中学足球部，但这场比赛根本就是毫无胜算的比赛，守他们的命运会怎样，而修也又会怎样呢？。Nobody in the precinct likes the new captain, Wunsch continues to humiliate Holt as he takes his new job in Public Relations, and Jake and Amy try to figure out what to do next after their kiss.( )。Ollie Dee and Stanley Dum try to borrow money from their employer, the toymaker, to pay off the mortgage on Mother Peep's shoe and keep it and Little Bo Peep from the clutches of the evil Barnaby. When that fails, they trick Barnaby into marrying Stanley Dum instead of Bo Peep. Enraged, Barnaby unleashes the bogeymen from their caverns to destroy Toyland。
