电影改编自1985年剧场版《哆啦A梦：大雄的宇宙小战争》，讲述大雄意外结识来自匹里卡星、体形小巧的外星人帕比，并在哆啦A梦的帮助下，与大家一起穿越星际，共同守护友情和星球的宇宙冒险故事。。1999年6月29日の2時間SPは、7月から放送開始予定のアニメ版の前宣伝も兼ねて、テレビドラマシリーズ後の続編として鬼塚が代理教員として女子高に赴任するという設定で放送された。また、ドラマでは設定としていなかった神崎麗美の演出がある。 視聴率は27.4%。A traveling cellist gets involved with two disturbed sisters on their way to Seattle to tell their mom that their dad has just passed away. On the way, the two kill a judge and a few others unknown to the cellist. Eventually he gets pinned for the crimes and is forced to defend himself.。
