故事简介：在沙田一栋三层的複式楼宇内，住着两组房客──四个男孩子合租二楼，而四个女孩子则同住于三楼。初时，由于双方之间曾有一些误会，导致争执常生，互相捉弄，男孩子和女孩子各不相让，各自想出计策来对付对方，这种水火不容的场面，令双方互有损失。他们曾经以斗食和斗跑来定胜负，胜者为王，成绩却是不相伯仲，于是又来一场麻雀大决战，结果又是打和。而自这一场大战之后，他们对彼此的性格了解，仇视逐渐消失，很快就交好成为「四对」啦！。Fed up with the growing number of “Naughty-Listers”, Santa becomes a superhero dubbed Santaman.
