Knight Rider is a 2008 television film which was created to serve as a backdoor pilot for the new Knight Rider television series, a revival of the series of the same name which aired during the 1980s. This film does not refer to either the Knight Rider 2000 film or the Team Knight Rider television series.。城中一间名叫“蓝丝带”的洗衣店发生了一宗离奇命案，一名店员被店内一部最大最残旧的机器“意外地”杀死了。由于死因十分离奇，侦探肯顿（特德•莱文 Ted Levine 饰）认为这不仅仅是一宗意外这么简单。于是，肯顿封锁了洗衣店并进行调查。一系列的调查结果恐惧，原来当年店铺开张之时，店主为了生意兴隆，与魔鬼达成协议，就是要向魔鬼献祭，喂活人血给店内的那部旧机器喝。 被警探救下的雪莉继承了工厂，又一个循环开始了……。
