Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。沈家大小姐沈云汐母亲早逝，不得已替继妹沈青青嫁给首富霍家长子霍景琛。霍景琛是豪门圈里有名的傻子，人人都看不起他，自然也看不起嫁给霍景琛的沈云汐，他对沈云汐的态度也从一开始的百般试探到慢慢喜欢上她，而沈云汐也在霍景琛的帮助下拿回沈氏集团。。一个在城市中游荡的不羁少年阿旭（陈家乐 饰），因一盒鸡蛋而结识了孤独老人芬姨（惠英红 饰），因为工作失意、生活窘迫，无处可去的阿旭利用“计谋”住进了芬姨的老屋，两个完全没有交集的人成为了临时室友。 然而，生活在各自主张世界中的两个人，在同一屋檐下无法平静，脾气古怪的芬姨立下规条, 令年少轻狂的阿旭难以接受。从相互制约到彼此理解，从漠不关心到时时牵挂，两人的摩擦逐渐成为了解对方的最好方式。 在冰冷的城市里寻找着温暖的陪伴，因为对方的出现，让自己成为了一个幸运儿。。
