Throughout the series, Tim constantly finds himself in increasingly awkward situations in both his work and personal life。傑尼斯「嵐」的成員櫻井翔，越來越有大將之風，日本電視台拔擢他演出連續劇「好孩子的夥伴～熱血幼稚園教師物語」，這也是他首次擔任戲劇男主角。 櫻井翔飾演新來的幼稚園老師，描述他在女性為主的職場中，力爭上游的歡笑、淚水交織故事。櫻井翔表示：「首次挑大梁演出，希望在拍攝的三個月裡和工作人員一起完成這部好戲。」。
