沉默寡言的亚希的电影放映室，但却和她性格相反、漂亮张扬的影山是好朋友，在一次电影的放映中亚希发现，自己看见了一个忧郁的孩子，而亚希也不是表面上看起来那么简单，故事从这里开始变得蹊跷起来...。故事描述蛙女是一个十三、四岁的船家女，蛙女的亲爹是地下党，因善于潜水，被骗入旧上海的“黑龙头家”，却意外地与亲生母亲（宋佳扮演）相见，原来“黑龙头”刘铁生就是蛙女母亲的后夫，记忆中张铁生的弟弟张铁福特坏。刘铁生要蛙女在黄浦江底打捞一只沉了十年的银箱，而这银箱又关系着六百个工人的命运。蛙女为了不使银箱落入刘铁生手里，机灵地跟他们展开了斗争，经历了许多惊险的艰难曲折，最后终于逃出了魔掌，把银箱打捞上来……[。Jimmy Connors and his girlfriend want to take part in Paul Whiteman's high school bands contest, but they cannot afford the fare.
