本剧由旅游行业从业者木一林即将到来的三十岁展开，面对事业与爱情皆不稳定的而立之年试图探寻出人生的真相。一通意料之外的电话使得木一林独自前往新疆霍尔果斯，却发现早逝的母亲与这里似乎有着千丝万缕的联系，旅途中结识对外贸易创业青年陆回，原本毫无交集的二人结下不解之缘。在各自行业中努力奋斗的两个年轻人相互扶持。探寻人生方向、也探寻父母之辈的独特爱情故事。。He works at the fairground as “Stump the Guesser”, who can guess anything for a fee.
