该剧以东北农村一普通的农户“老万家”为舞台，分别讲述了发生在万家老少三代十几人身上的故事。其中《承包大喇叭》讲述三儿子喜奎承包村里的大喇叭，还请二嫂彩凤做播音员，传递农业信息，还搞些“二人转”宣传好人好事，批评坏人坏事，结果惹出许多麻烦……。In a near future, crimes and accidents can be prevented by making just one phone call to the past. However, the peace of this utopian world will be disrupted by a methodical killer who seems to have discovered the only flaw in this system.。
