Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。17岁初中毕业便辍学在家的臭妮是个标准的问题少女，脾气暴躁，且调皮 ，母亲一人靠打鱼养活她。 臭妮20岁这年，在一次聚会中臭妮无意中扎伤富二代陈小富。同时母亲在打鱼过程中遭鲨鱼袭击遇难，在医院抢救。在陈小富的追责中臭妮，深夜拿着父亲的照片离开小岛，踏上了寻父之路。。从小味觉失调的方檬，在父亲去世后接手濒临破产的“花素”餐厅，她在舒正言的帮助下，不断地尝试与努力，从一个只会做黑暗料理的小白，终于成功逆袭，将“花素”发展成为最具城市代表意义的餐厅，和舒正言也经历重重艰辛后共度人生。。
