改編自喜国雅彦的同名漫畫。 以黃色NETA爲主要内容的搞笑動畫，每話由不同主題的3個左右的獨立短片組成。共兩季，均於1999年在TBS電視臺播放。第一季播放於動畫欄目《ワンダフル》。 動畫中也包含喜国雅彦的另一作品《傷だらけの天使たち》的NETA。。The protagonists of the story, two boys, Giorgio and Marco, come from two different worlds. An unexpected love binds them and emptiness attracts them.。
