独立短篇环境喜剧《婆、妈、女婿》，描写一个三代同堂的家庭，在现今的社会，如何相处，期间充满温馨风趣，有你我熟悉的人物、故事。 吴家三代同堂，婆婆顾小曼［缃旖饰］与女儿吴国邦［黄恺欣饰］、女婿吴锦辉［刘江饰］及外孙女吴颖茵［潘芳芳饰］同住。邦为人豪迈爽朗，继承父业，打理一间跌打馆，而其夫辉性格却婆婆妈妈，做事拖泥带水，平时打理家务，井井有条，二人性格各异，却可互补不足。女儿茵自小受大女人思想影响，性格独立而专注事业，与男友李志信［张卫健饰］婚后住在吴家。信对于这个女权至上的家庭感到不惯，不时联同外父辉齐起革命，结果两夫妻的婚姻亮起红灯！ 信兄李志威［刘青云饰］为人不修边幅，吊儿郎当，任职车房，与茵之上司游慧中［罗慧娟饰］发展一段感情，但因二人身份阶级有别，友侪间的闲言闲语，旁人的无形压力，使二人面对无穷障碍。The subtitle of Jean-Marie Straub and Danièle Huillet’s first feature, from 1965, “Only Violence Helps Where Violence Reigns,” suggests the fierce political program evoked by their rigorous aesthetic. The pretext of the film, set in Cologne, is Heinrich Böll’s novel “Billiards at Half Past Nine,” which they strip down to a handful of stark events and film with a confrontational angularity akin to Bartók’s music that adorns the soundtrack. The subtlest of cues accompany the story’s complex flashbacks. The middle-aged Robert Fähmel tells a young hotel bellhop of persecutions under the Third Reich| his elderly father, Heinrich, an architect famed for a local abbey, recalls the militarism of the First World War, when his wife, Johanna, incurred trouble for insulting the Kaiser. A third-generation Fähmel is considering architecture, just as the exiled brother of Robert’s late wife, returns, only to be met by their former torturer, now a West German official taking part in a celebratory parade of war veterans. Straub and Huillet make the layers of history live in the present tense, which they judge severely.
