《天下第一镖局》讲述的故事发生在清康熙年间，吴三桂驾崩之后，大将马宝为了将陈圆圆和其孙子护送归隐，开始寻求江湖势力保护，天下第一镖局——清平镖局意外担此重任，并经历了与多方势力的殊死混战，最终九死一生。。大神龙太郎（田中泯饰）猫头鹰作为国家的幕后黑手暗中活动，有时会帮助多位政客、及商界领袖等掩盖各种各样的丑闻和轰动的事件。但是龙太郎的儿子大神龙（新田真剑佑饰）与父亲相反，坚持正义的理念与行为。可是他却面临人生最艰钜的挑战——与大神家深交的下届总理候选人的儿子神秘死亡，龙太郎从国家的暗面，龙从明面，逐渐接近政界潜藏的巨恶的原形。。Mustafa Kemal had just begun his journey after proving himself in 1915 at the Gallipoli front.
