三十年代，川东一带出了一个傻儿。傻儿出生豪门，自幼不喜读书，却喜欢吃喝玩乐，舞枪弄棒。傻儿经指点，进入袍哥会，他劫富济贫，处处冒着傻气，深得众兄弟喜爱。后竟出人意料的将无恶不作、强奸妇女的崔一洞杀死，做了舵把子。随着袍哥会的壮大，国民党将其收编，傻儿荣任团长，当了国军。傻儿自有傻智，他办了傻事，反而歪打正着，步步高升，没几年当了师长。抗日战争爆发，傻儿的部队要开赴前线，但部队里赌博成风，屡禁不止。怎么办？傻儿又冒出了傻主意……。This film is not about the revolution that changed Ukraine this winter.
