2010年，东京的少女中流行一种叫“波特比”（香港译为“巴达P”）的电子宠物。初中生花小金井云雀从一个叫“王子”的人那里得到一只波特比，把它命名为“传助”。后来云雀遇到身份不明的敌人袭击，传助竟可以变成巨型战士（迪瓦，港译：迪玛）帮助云雀打退敌人。后来云雀的朋友樱上水雀和东十条鹈也受袭击，她们的波特比也可以变成迪瓦战斗。云雀便与她的朋友组成“秋叶原电脑组”应付敌人，后来有更多成员加入。。影片讲述了新人拳击手张彻屡遭挫败但不言放弃，逐渐蜕变成长为拳王的故事。。“After being embarrassed by the mean girls at school, Faye, a practicing witch, summons the evil Cupid to take revenge on all those who wronged her. On Valentine’s Day, Cupid does in fact rise and will stop at nothing until the walls are covered in blood. The students must figure out a way to stop Cupid and undo the spell before their hearts get broken… literally.”。
