1996年的湘南某个山村，十一岁的小浩为了去看望两年没回家的父亲，决定独自一人前往深圳。小浩把自己的计划告诉最要好的三胖和小光，让他们帮自己一起筹集路费。筹集路费的过程并不顺利，先后遭到母亲的阻拦和村民的误解，但是倔强的小浩并没有放弃去深圳的目标。随后，又有小伙伴们加入到筹钱的队伍，大家都怀着同样的目的——去深圳。天真的小浩认为人多力量大，却没有想到事情变得越来越复杂。。A lonely tow-truck driver gets caught in a deadly struggle between a pair of bank robbers with a beautiful hostage, local cops, and a monster that has come down from the Arizona mountains to eat human flesh.
