一个检察官的女儿罹患重病，需要进行器官移植。为了能找到新鲜的器官替换，检察官前往墨西哥寻访。没想到却在那里发现有很多儿童被杀害，就为了拿他们身上的器官卖钱。检察官一方面想救孩子们，另一方面却又担心女儿的病情，自己陷入左右为难之中。。The movie is based on the suspense short film nominated for the Golden Méliès to the Best European Fantastic Short Film, winner of more than 30 awards and screened by more than 200 film festivals.
