本作は「真・事故物件／本当に怖い住民たち」で映画製作プロジェクトをスタートさせたサイゾーによるホラー映画の第2弾。オカムロという名を聞いたり口にすると、何者かに首を狩られるという江戸時代から言い伝えられる伝説をモチーフにした作品だ。。In 1996 a gunman opened fire from the top of a multistory carpark killing passersby on Whitewater High Street.
