Trick finds himself trapped in a cage with four other hostages - all of them paralyzed from the neck down. When Trick realizes that one of the other hostages is an old foe, Detective Epperson, the two begin working together to uncover the connection between them and their captor - a mask...。影片讲述了万香山脚有个黑顶子村，村里住着谢家三兄弟。某年冬天特别寒冷，谢老二违背了祖训，偷偷进山采参，谁知回来后就神秘死去。村中人都认为谢老二是因为触怒了山神，“山神降下了诅咒”才离奇死亡……。
