I Saw the Sun (Güneşi Gördüm) is a Turkish film by Mahsun Kırmızıgül. In the film two brothers go on opposite sides in a Turkish-Kurdish conflict| it opened at the number one position at the Turkish box office in 2009. The film was announced as the Turkish submission to the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in September 2009.。1990年，Zbigniew Rybczynski以肖邦、拉威尔等人的音乐为素材，为日本市场制作了一部HDTV的节目叫做《管弦乐队》(Orchestra)，这个节目曾经获得很多奖项。这个节目是由美国的PBS在他们大型的系列表演中用标准的分辨率播出的，因为当时HDTV还没有普遍被使用。这个有十年历史的HDTV电影至今仍然在美国经典艺术频道Showcase长盛不衰地播出。。
