Anarchic family...。人过中年的女扳道工刘小站（江珊饰）原本拥有幸福美满的家庭，但在丈夫冯国强（韩青饰）的事业蒸蒸日上之际，她在家中遭遇“被下岗”的命运。冯与公司下属孙媛媛有染（石林饰），转而以感情不和为名提出离婚。虽然得到不菲的抚恤金，可刘小站几乎还是净身出户离开了善良的公婆以及可爱的儿子。此后不久，国强迎娶媛媛，迫使儿子冯鑫在婚礼当天引出一场闹剧。小站也借此机缘结识了胆小嘴碎的出租车司机周勇（周小斌饰）。周生活拮据，上有老母下有女儿，可是性格十分乐观。他和小站从最初斗嘴相厌，再到惺惺相惜，慢慢走到了一起。 而看似春风得意的冯国强，却要面临着无数的磨难与考验……。
